We were at Stand Beach for a family outing. We swam and there was a red tide supposedly and the ocean smelled badly……the next day my 10 year old son got severe runny tummy. Lucky he recovered quickly.
I still feel nauseous with cold chills and feverish and have pain down my spine and stiff neck think it some kind of infection internally. My doctor gave me muscle relaxants but today I feel like going back for some kind of antibiotic for knowing the beach water was toxic.
Please do something about this quality of beach water.
