Submit Your Observations

Instructions

When submitting an observation please provide as much information as you know and if possible include the following:

• Date & Time Observed
• Category (Ilness Report, Beach, Open Water, Tidal Pool, Marine Outfall Point, Burst Pipe)
• Location (Camps Bay & Bakoven, Clifton, Mouille Point, Llundundo, Hout Bay, Muizenberg, Fish Hoek, Strand, Milnerton, Blouberg)
• Wind Direction (SE, NW, On-Shore, Off-Shore, etc.)
• Description of your observation including any specific location details (where on the beach or which tidal pool), highlights; detractors.

We encourage transparency so please sign off your observations with your initial surname.

Photos & Videos via Whatsapp or Email

If you would like to submit photos and videos as part of your observation, then please post your submission via WhatsApp (and not via the form on this page) or email them to data@baysofsewage.co.za.
